Our payment options:

We support a wide range of different payment methods. Our payment options are: 

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay


Placing an order:

All orders that have been successfully placed will be accompanied by an order confirmation via email. This should come through within an hour from purchase and can sometimes land in the junk or spam folder so don't forget to look in there!

If you didn’t receive this email, please contact our Customer Service team so we can ensure that everything has been processed correctly.


Changing your order:

Once an order has been placed in the system we are unable to add items to it. We can in some cases cancel some items of your order.

Due to the turnaround between placing your order and when we pack it, we’re unable to add any items to an order or change the size of an item. If you want to remove an item from your order, we can attempt to organise this for you prior to the order being shipped but this may not always be possible.


Order Preparation:

Orders are processed and packed by 3pm Monday - Friday to ensure same day dispatch. If orders are placed after 3pm, they will be processed and packed the next business day.
